Requesting a Booking
We are now using a new online system, Hallmaster, for our bookings. To request a booking please use the below scheduler, following these instructions:
- Click the + symbol on the date and select which room you wish to book. If you are making a booking request for the first time then the system will require you to enter your contact details and create a password – this allows you to track your booking status along with any changes, view your invoice and see any payments linked to your booking.
- Your booking request will be sent to us for approval – once approved you will receive an email informing you that your request has been confirmed.
