Requesting a Booking

We are now using a new online system, Hallmaster, for our bookings. To request a booking please use the below scheduler, following these instructions:

  1. Click the + symbol on the date and select which room you wish to book. If you are making a booking request for the first time then the system will require you to enter your contact details and create a password – this allows you to track your booking status along with any changes, view your invoice and see any payments linked to your booking.
  2. Your booking request will be sent to us for approval – once approved you will receive an email informing you that your request has been confirmed.

When can I Book?

Opening Hours: 8am to 10.30pm Monday – Saturday. You must vacate no later than 10:30pm as per our terms and conditions.

Regular vs Casual Rate

The regular rate applies to regular users such as the pre-school or dance/fitness classes. This rate cannot be applied to parties and one off bookings – you will be charged at the casual rate so please select this on your booking to avoid any delays in the booking confirmation process.
