Requesting a Booking

We are now using a new online system, Hallmaster, for our bookings. To request a booking please use the below scheduler, following these instructions:

  1. Click the + symbol on the date and select which room you wish to book. If you are making a booking request for the first time then the system will require you to enter your contact details and create a password – this allows you to track your booking status along with any changes, view your invoice and see any payments linked to your booking.
  2. Your booking request will be sent to us for approval – once approved you will receive an email informing you that your request has been confirmed.
