Ancells Farm Community Centre
How to get there: Ancells Farm Community Centre, Falkners Close, Fleet, GU51 2XF
Ancells Farm Community Centre is the sister venue to The Harlington and is run by Fleet Town Council. It has number of rooms available to hire, including a kitchen and garden – you can explore options on our Ancells hire page.
Ancells Farm Community Centre is also home to a wide variety of groups and classes, details of which can be viewed on our courses and classes page.

The Harlington
How to get there: The Harlington, 236 Fleet Road, Fleet, GU51 4BY
The Harlington is a multi-purpose arts and entertainment venue in Fleet, operated by Fleet Town Council. The Harlington offers entertainment, events, adult and children’s courses and a variety of rooms for hire, including facilities such as a licenced bar and technical support packages.

Ancells Farm Park
How to get there: Ancells Farm Park, Off Falkners Close, Fleet, GU51 2XB
Facilities:
- Football Pitches (9 & 11 a-side) and pavilion
- Play Area including zip wire, skywalk, trim-trail, birds nest swing, climbing frame and more
- Toddler Play area including springers, swings, slide and spinner bowl
- Basketball hoop, rock-climbing structure and outdoor table tennis

Basingbourne Park
How to get there: Basingbourne Park, End of Basingbourne Road, Fleet, GU52 6TQ
Facilities:
- Play Area including over 8’s play equipment
- Football Pitch (9 a-side) and pavilion
- Woodland Area including SINC (Sites of Importance for Nature Conservation) – learn more about our Conservation Areas here!

Calthorpe Park
How to get there: Calthorpe Park, Off Reading Road North, Fleet, GU51 4AB
Calthorpe Park is home to several major town events such as the Fleet Carnival, Fleet Half Marathon and Fireworks Display. It is also home to Fleet Town Football Club, Fleet Cricket Club, local scouting group headquarters and outdoor fitness classes.
Facilities:
- Play area including mega fort, zip-line, swings, roundabout, springers, slides and kickwall
- Football Pitches (mini)
- 6 Outdoor Tennis Courts
- Recreational Space and picnic areas
- Cycle Route
- Caleb’s Coffee (opposite the Tennis Courts)

Oakley Park
How to get there: Oakley Park, Albany Road, Fleet, GU51 3NB
Facilities:
- Football Pitch (11 a-side) and pavilion
- Play Area including basketball hoop, climbing wall and orienteering course
- 3 Acres of Woodland including a SINC (Sites of Importance for Nature Conservation) – learn more about our Conservation Areas here!

The Views
How to get there: The Views, Off Harlington Way, Fleet, GU51 4BY
The Views is located within the town centre and is home to several local events such as the Circus, Music Festival and Silent Cinema!
Facilities:
- Play Area containing climbing frames, swings and slides
- Skate Park
- Cycle Route

Edenbrook Play Areas
How to get there: Off Sorrell Court GU51 5BF and Off Blackthorns GU51 5JA
Two small play areas within the Edenbrook housing development.

Fleet Pond
How to get there: Closest postcode GU51 2RT
Fleet Pond is the largest freshwater lake in Hampshire with a nature reserve totaling 141 acres of varied habitats including heathland, woodland, reedbed and marsh, and is home for many species of birds, butterflies, dragonflies and wild flowers.
The pond and nature reserve are a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest.
The area is owned by Hart District Council and their Countryside Rangers in partnership with the Fleet Pond Society.

Edenbrook Country Park
How to get there: Closest postcode GU51 5DW
Edenbrook Country Park offers 82 acres of parkland with amenities including surfaced paths and boardwalks (note not all are wheelchair accessible), mountain and BMX bike track and Hart’s Green Garden; a welcoming and inclusive community space for residents to Grow Together around the shared interest of gardening.
The area is owned by Hart District Council and managed by their Countryside Rangers.

Bramshot Farm Country Park
How to get there: Closest postcode GU51 2RU
Bramshot Farm Country Park provides 91 acres of open meadows and woodlands with a choice of trails.
‘Leaping Hare Loop’ – a path that’s great for buggies, running, or just keeping your feet dry. Along the route you’ll find charmingly carved benches and picnic tables. If you’re looking for a slightly longer walk, ‘Old Oak Way’ takes you on mown paths, boardwalks and across viewing platforms, passing some of Bramshot Farm’s most stately oak trees.
The area is owned by Hart District Council and managed by their Countryside Rangers.

Hartland Country Park
How to get there: Closest postcode GU14 0FB
Facilities include: free parking, benches and picnic tables, play area, children’s cycle track, ponds, surfaced paths and woodland area.
Hart District Council’s Countryside rangers manage this park on behalf of the owner, St Edward homes.

Basingstoke Canal
Basingstoke Canal stretches for 32 miles through Hampshire and Surrey and is enjoyed by thousands throughout the year including those on leisurely strolls, kayaking and canoeing, fishing, jogging, cycling, photography and much more.
The Basingstoke Canal is jointly owned by Surrey and Hampshire County Councils and is run using money collected from local councils (including Fleet Town Council). The Canal Authority undertakes the day-to-day management of the Canal including managing water levels, inspecting the assets, general maintenance, and managing the towpath, navigation and fishery for public use.
The Basingstoke Canal Society, run by volunteers, also help to maintain the Canal.
