NOTICE OF A CASUAL VACANCY FOR A PARISH COUNCILLOR

Under section 87(2) of the 1972 Local Government Act.

1. There is a vacancy on the above Council for the Courtmoor Ward.

2. A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held if ten registered Electors from the Ward of Courtmoor in the Town of Fleet give notice in writing requesting such an Election to the Proper Officer within 14 working days of this notice.

3. The address of The Proper Officer is D Phillips, Hart District Council, Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 4AE.
